Chef Roland owned in Germany (Heidelberg) serval top-class Restaurants
and a Nightclub. Finally he arrived 1983 on the Cayman Islands, to work for
the "Galleon Beach Hotel" on SMB.
1984 he opend up his first Restaurant in Breakers - the "Lighthouse Club".
Befor he sold the Lighthouse to the today´s owner in the early ´90, he
had also a german Restaurant in Monterey/California for a few years.
Then he continued his unique way with the "Top of the Falls/The Rustic"
in George Town. (Treasure Island Resort) for over 7 years.
Before the idea "Roland´s Garden" was born in 2003, you could find him in his
last Restaurant "Captain Morgan´s Steakhouse" (George Town).
