If possible make your reservation at least 1 1/2 -2 weeks in advance!

Because we have very limited space and are always busy, Roland

needs enough time to plan the "menu" which we don´t have.

Roland's Garden is closed every SUN, MON and TUE for sure ! ! !

(WED is open depending on his mood and changes from week to week)

You will have to reconfirm your reservation with a short call when

you arrived on Cayman or we can not hold your table ! ! !

( "no shows" are a nightmare as we always have people waiting to get

in last minute and we don't like to prep the food for nothing)

We start serving between  6.00pm and 6.30pm.

Private parties (10-12 pers.) welcome, but we are NOT a

"PARTY PLACE"  -  NO yelling and screaming during the night.

PLEASE - DON´T DRINK AND DRIVE !
